1. Eligibility for Returns

  • A return request must be submitted after the order has been delivered to the customer.

  • The request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • Products must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must still be attached.

  • Items may be tried on for sizing purposes but must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  • Orders intentionally placed in multiple sizes or variations with the intention of returning part of the order may not qualify for a return.

Evergreen Elegance reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.


2. How to Request a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at info@evergreeneandelegance.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive the return instructions and return addressfrom our fulfillment partner.

  3. The product must be shipped back by the customer, including any applicable international shipping fees or customs costs.

For your protection, we recommend sending the package using a tracked shipping method, as returns cannot be processed until the item has been confirmed as delivered.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all costs related to returning items. This may include:

  • International return shipping fees

  • Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable)

  • Handling or clearance charges

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.


4. Refund Process

After the returned item has arrived at the designated return facility and has been inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If the return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of approval.

  • The refund will be sent using the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Evergreen Elegance reserves the right to adjust the refund amount if returned items show signs of use, damage, or missing components.


5. Shipping Responsibility

Evergreen Elegance cannot be held responsible for packages that are marked as successfully delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is correct when placing an order.

If an incorrect address is entered, customers must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order so that corrections can be made before shipment.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party shipping carriers.


6. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain products may be non-returnable due to hygiene or product safety reasons. When applicable, this will be clearly indicated on the product page before purchase.
